Pointpal employs administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard user’s Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information. Despite the effectiveness of these measures, no security system is impervious. Regular internal and external reviews are conducted to ensure appropriate information security encryption or controls for data in motion and data at rest within our network and servers, respectively.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login ID and password. Do not share your Pointpal login, password, and OTP details. Intimate us in case of any actual or suspected compromise to your Personal Information. Multiple security levels are provided for the Pointpal Application by the login/logout option.
